‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For January 6th: Mother And Son Reunited At Last!

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for January 6th, 2020 indicate that poor Laura Webber (Genie Francis) and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will be in tears over the resurrection of Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). He just showed up at the wedding of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) with an unconscious Ava Jerome (Maura West) in his arms after Valentin had the bright idea to try and push her overboard. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will move in and take Ava, allowing Nik to be engulfed by embraces from his Mom and sister. There will be an extremely touching moment where Laura gently touches his face before really going in for the ultimate hug. Awww!!!

Valentin will be gobsmacked, and then Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Peter August will probably take Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlet Fernandez) up to her room but before that, Daddy Valentin will reassure her that everything is going to be okay. He’ll even take Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) hand to illustrate this. Of course, after Charlotte leaves, Valentin will realize that Nina doesn’t look too surprised by these developments so there will probably be questions. Speaking of questions, Lulu will also have them because she will assume that Valentine has been holding Nik prisoner. Whoops, not so fast, Lulu!

But we know that Nikolas Cassadine came back all on his own and that he’s just been lying low because of the whole codicil thing. He will have quite a tale to tell concerning that, won’t he? He will also let Valentin know in no uncertain terms that he has all the control now thanks to a little deal he worked out with Ava which will lead to the shocking proclamation that Valentin loses everything! Then Nina will double the blow when she tells him that she was in on the plot the whole time.

Nina will then tell him that she never once thought that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson) was acting alone and that she’s been doing all this behind his back from the very day Sasha confessed. She says that her partnership with Ava and Nik’s coming back was a nice addition to her plans. Valentin has just been hit with the old one-two punch so naturally, he’s going to feel all kinds of betrayed. Looks like Valentin and Nina’s relationship is done for now, even if she was truly tempted to say her vows during their wedding. Whoops!

Peter and Maxie will discuss the goings-on at length and while none of this makes any sense to Maxie right now, probably bestie Lulu can provide some confirmation later on. No word on what the provocation is but it looks like Valentin will be down a friend by the time the night is over. He will punch Peter in the stomach because let’s face it, finding out you’ve just lost your family fortune and your girl has betrayed you all in one day is enough to kill anyone’s mood. So Peter will tick him off and Valentin will haul off and punch him. Let’s hope that Peter’s a really forgiving person or that Valentin’s open to pen pals soon.

Meanwhile over with the Teen Scene, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will blast Trina Robinson (Sidney Mikayla) for interfering in Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Dev Cerci’s (Ashton Arbab) relationship. Undoubtedly, Cameron just wanted Joss to remain friends with Dev so that he could have his own shot with her. Trina will probably be sorry about it, but they’re young so it shouldn’t take too long for these two to get back on track with one another.

This might lead to an interesting deal with Trina and Cam, however. They could agree to just stay out of each other’s love lives from now on but they could also enter into their own little deal.
