‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Friday, January 3 reveal Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has some big decisions ahead of him. Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is fuming. Plus, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) opens up. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Friday, January 3: Changes
First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Sonny learned he has Atrial Fibrillation. Isiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) happened to arrive at the gym in time to see Sonny struggling and offer help.
After the paramedics came and went, the pair talked. He warned Sonny that, thanks to his history, he’s at risk for a stroke or heart attack and needs to get treated. Apparently, Sonny takes this warning seriously.
Teasers say he contemplates his future, as his time as boss could be coming to an end with this news. Or at least, he needs to make some big changes. He tells Jason Morgan this, which we assume will come with a request to take over, at least for a while.
But whatever offer it is, Jason will refuse it. It makes sense, as he now has more responsibility as a parent with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) gone. Running the organization would likely get in the way.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Friday, January 3: Decision time
In other news, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) makes a decision. In the promo, she and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) are driving somewhere as he tells her she’ll need to follow his rules.
Between the shooting that just happened and whatever he might demand of her, we think her decision is to go back to Port Charles. We’ll see how Valentin handles that, as he was clearly against the idea before. If anyone can get him to bend, though, we think it’ll be her.
Which leads us to Lulu. General Hospital spoilers reveal she unloads on Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) again for following her and ruining her chance to get Charlotte back.
We think that’s not exactly fair, as Valentin didn’t seem as open as she thinks to letting Charlotte leave. As we mentioned above, we think Charlotte herself would be the only one who could convince him it would be the right thing to do.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Friday, January 3: Confession?
Finally, Sasha confides in Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). Based on the brief clip of them, we believe she might be filling Felicia in on her plan to leave town. And possibly her pregnancy, should Felicia press her for answers as to why she’d just leave now that she has family.
Of course, if she does mention the baby, we expect her to keep her word and leave Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) name out of this.
