‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) recently went rouge to visit Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) in Pentonville to try to obtain information to help Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), who’s working against his will for John “Jagger” Cates and the FBI.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Brennan May Help Carly If He Benefits From It
Brennan was pleased to see Carly Spencer, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a social call. Carly fished for information from him, but he wouldn’t budge.
Someone may be above Valentin, as a criminal enterprise like Pikeman must be brimming with nefarious characters.
It’s unlikely that Brennan would flip on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) for nothing in return, seeing as how he’d likely get himself killed so Carly may return to Jack with an offer.
Carly has made it her mission to help Jason, even though she knows he wouldn’t want her to get involved.
While Carly and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may not see eye to eye right now, she may convince him to give Jack his protection and resources in exchange for Brennan revealing the name of Pikeman’s boss.
Brennan is positively charmed by Carly Spencer, and he’s under her spell. We could see him agreeing to help her as long as he gets something out of the deal.
On the other hand, her previous visit to see Brennan in prison wasn’t exactly fruitful. Now Brennan knows that the FBI is onto Pikeman. It doesn’t look good for Carly or John’s case against Pikeman.
Carly means well; she loves Jason and will do whatever it takes to free him from John. But by insinuating herself into the mix, she may have triggered a significant headache for the FBI.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Carly Spencer Compromised The FBI Operation
John, of course, will not be happy that Carly went to see Brennan and compromised the operation. Brennan may return to Valentin and let him know there’s trouble ahead.
This situation could lead to some strategic planning on their end, and Valentin, who has no use for Jason or Carly, could devise the ideal solution.
They could use Carly as bait to draw out Jason and eliminate him. She may have inadvertently put a target on Jason’s back and her own.
Valentin planned to use an improperly medicated bipolar Sonny to snap and kill Jason so they could get rid of him and pin the murder on Sonny.
The only thing that could save Sonny is if Carly somehow discovers Valentin’s plot and gives him a heads-up. Carly may search for the truth for Jason’s sake and end up finding out that not only is her ride-or-die bestie in serious peril, but so is her ex-husband.
Brennan could make a remark about Sonny’s fragile mental state, helping her put two and two together. The mystery of Sonny’s tampered medicine would be one step closer to being solved.
Carly desperately wants to help Jason, and she may not stop until she finds information that can end Jason’s association with John, Pikeman, and the FBI. Will Carly be everyone’s hero? Or did she make an even bigger mess?
