According to social media reports, Billy Miller’s last day on the set of ‘General Hospital’ is supposedly on July 26 with a final air date to be revealed later on. For many ‘General Hospital’ fans this is awful news as they’ve enjoyed seeing Billy in his role for many years now. But then again Billy’s departure would make sense. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease that Drew is looking to leave Port Charles for quite some time, as he is not only grieving the loss of his son Oscar Nero (Garren Stint), but he’s also looking to make some changes in his life, too.
There’s even some speculation that Billy might make the switch and take over as the new Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless from actor Jason Thompson. So far producers from The Young and the Restless have not made any comments about the rumors but there are additional reports that says Jason is looking to leave the highly-rated CBS soap as well. As many viewers can recall, Billy actually played Billy Abbott in Genoa City before he left to take on his the role of Drew Cain in Port Charles.
