‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers expose that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will become the next big super couple on the show. The deal was sealed the minute Cody broke Sasha out of Ferncliff.
He went out on a limb for her, and once the drugs wear off and she comes to, she will realize Cody’s lengths to save her, and she will never forget it.
Sasha started to figure things out as Cody was confronting the evil Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder) about what he was doing to Sasha.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Are Cody and Sasha the Next Luke and Laura?
She realizes Dr. Montague knows Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs), and Cody’s accusations against Glady no longer seem like a lie.
Cody figured out that Gladys and Dr. Montague have been working together to keep Sasha drugged so that she can maintain control over her money.
With some fast moves and quick thinking, Cody manages to overpower the doctor and punches him. Dr. Montague gets on his feet and lunges back at Cody.
However, Dr. Montague is no match for the valiant Cody, and he steals Dr. Montague’s clothes and sneaks Sasha out of Ferncliff.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Cody and Sasha Go On the Run
Nurse Janice came back to the desk and asked the other nurse who was leaving the building with Sasha. The nurse tells her Dr. Montague took Sasha for a nature walk.
The two must leave quickly because Nurse Nosey discovers it isn’t Dr. Montague leaving with Sasha and is already calling security.
In Sasha’s now former room, we see the amusing sight of Dr. Montague tied up, minus his clothes. He had it coming to him for sure.
Sasha, looking totally bewildered, somehow knew she could trust Cody. It’s evident that the two of them are on their way toward finally getting together, starting a new chapter, and becoming a couple.
They are technically “on the run,” Luke and Laura style, so they need a place to hide out. There will be a remote cabin they can go to.
Cody will know it is not a permanent solution, but his main goal is to protect Sasha from Dr. Montague and Gladys.
Unfortunately, even though Sasha is now free, she will need to detox, which will be difficult for her to go through. Meanwhile, Gladys will be livid that Cody broke Sasha out of Ferncliff.
A Little Help Goes a Long Way
Gladys will become downright desperate, and she may ask someone like Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for help.
Of course, his fiancée, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), already knows the truth about Gladys’s nasty gambling habit.
Cody will no doubt need help from his trusted pals, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconari (Dominic Zamprogna).
Since it looks like Dante is forgiving Sam for getting Cody committed, he will prove to be a helpful ally. He and Sam may get to the bottom of what happened at Ferncliff.
They may also investigate Glady’s shady dealings with Selina Wu (Lydia Look) to prove her involvement in Sasha being drugged.
During this time, look for Sasha to realize the truth about Gladys as Cody and Sasha get closer.
