From tiaras to tanks, 2015 Miss Grand Ukraine, Anastasiia Lenna proves she does have it all; brains, beauty, and now courageous brawn as she takes up arms and sends out a rallying cry to defend her country.
Sharing a photo on her Instagram, the beauty queen shows is now armed and ready to fight for her home.

Lenna has also vowed in an Instagram Story that “Everyone who crosses the Ukrainian border with the intent to invade will be killed!” The IG story was accompanied by a photo of armed soldiers creating a blockade on a roadway.
The Instagram feed of Lenna shows the beauty queen has straddled the world of pageants and using guns for sport for several years, however, this may be the first time she will be armed in the time of war.
Another photo posted by the marketing and management graduate from Slavistik University in Kyiv to her social media showed Ukrainian soldiers walking with their country’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky. Lenna calls President Zelensky a “true and strong leader.”
Since Russian President Vladimir Putin has waged war, the one time Miss Grand Ukraine has been using her platform to rally support for her country. This includes encouraging citizens to stand their ground and fight as well as calling for the rest of the world to cut Russia off financially.
The EU, US and their NATO allies have pledged to cut off several Russian banks from the Swift banking system which processes trillions of dollars worth of transactions through more than 11,000 banks and financial institutions worldwide.
Lenna, who speaks five languages and has worked as a model, a public relations manager, and a translator is also urging fellow Ukrainians to dismantle road signs and other road markers that guide Russian invaders.
“Let’s help them go straight to hell,” she says.
