Someone cancel the whole thing and start all over again. Even though there are guests like Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga will be a part of the reunion special, actor Paul Rudd, who played Phoebe’s husband Mike Hannigan on the show, did not make the cut.

Despite being a part of the one of the show’s happier endings which saw Phoebe married and living happily ever after with Mike, he was left out of the Friends Reunion project and needless to say, fans are rightfully upset about it. Here’s what you need to know.

Fans Outraged: Paul Rudd Is Not A Part Of The Friends Reunion Guest List

The stars of the NBC sitcom, which ran for 10 seasons, will return to the show’s original soundstage on the Warner Bros. lot “for a real-life unscripted celebration of the beloved show,” according to HBO Max.

All six members of the original cast – Matthew Perry (Chandler), Jennifer Aniston (Rachel), Courteney Cox (Monica), Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe), Matt LeBlanc (Joey) and David Schwimmer (Ross) – are set to take part.

Supporting stars including Maggie Wheeler (Janice), James Michael Tyler (Gunther), Reese Witherspoon (Jill) and Tom Selleck (Richard), as well as Elliott Gould and Christina Pickles, who played Ross and Monica’s parents, Jack and Judy, will also take part in the reunion series with the lone exception being Paul Rudd.

Many fans are pissed that celebrities like Justin Bieber and James Corden, who have absolutely no tie to the show, will appear on the reunion special including David Beckham, , BTS, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Reese Witherspoon, and Malala Yousafzai.

If that weren’t enough, many fans have also noticed that Christina Applegate, who played Rachel’s sister on the show, was also not invited to the reunion special. Seriously, what was Warner Brothers thinking? Fans are demanding answers.
