EastEnders Spoilers: finds that the coming months could bring some distress to fans of EastEnders, as Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) is set to turn back to his brutal ways by attacking his wife Chantelle (Jessica Plummer). The storm will erupt as Gray loses his cool when he is trying to find out whether his wife is pregnant.
This story has been one of the most explosive in EastEnders over recent years and judging by the latest developments, that shows no sign of stopping. Gray and Chantelle had been attending counselling to try and address his aggressive behaviour, but it would seem that he is about to go back to his old ways.
EastEnders Spoilers: Fans Already Scared For Chantelle
Fans are already growing concerned about how this storyline may end, with many even speculating that he could go too far and kill his wife. However, whether he would harm her knowing that she is carrying his baby remains to be seen, but it wouldn’t be a huge surprise judging by what fans have seen over the past number of years. Gray’s anger has spiralled over recent weeks, as he was not happy when he learned that Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) threw a New Year’s Eve party in his house while he and Chantelle were away. His anger was immediately directed at his wife.
EastEnders Spoilers: Gray’s Anger Heightens
Already unhappy about the New Year’s Eve party, Gray was made even angrier when he saw his wife chatting and laughing with Jags Panesar (Amar Adatia). However, unbeknown to him, he had nothing to worry about regarding anything happening between them as they were friends from drama school. However, his anger soon took over.
Later in the episode, Gray was disappointed to learn that Chantelle wasn’t actually pregnant when her test came back as negative. His angry tendencies once again came out as he shouted at Chantelle to not turn her back on him. He hurt her wrists before the two were interrupted.
