It’s safe to say that after an electrifying few minutes on the mic and in the ring, the audience knew Dwayne Johnson was back in the WWE on Monday night when he made an unexpected visit at RAW.
At the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, the 51-year-old stunned the crowd by interrupting Jinder Mahal’s anti-American tirade with a can of whoop ass. The man hasn’t been seen in the WWE since September.
When The Rock finally approached the former WWE champion, Dwayne Johnson began to hurl insult after insult at him. The Rock had the entire crowd chanting and couldn’t even stop them himself. They continued to chant and yell the entire time.

In fact, Dwayne was able to get the audience to chant continuously calling Mahal a “douche bag” at one point. The men eventually got into a fight, but The Rock immediately broke things up with a Spinebuster and his trademark People’s Elbow.
The Rock ignited the audience even more as Mahal fled by yelling out Roman Reigns.
After the tease, it’s unclear when the two titans of wrestling will finally face battle, but you can guarantee it will happen soon, something that WWE fans are obviously very excited about.
Fans reacted to the moment saying, “All these years later and that entrance is still electrifying”, “i love how the rock himself couldn’t even stop the crowd from chanting the phrase, and just lets the people enjoying their moment”, “I was there, not really a WWE fan but seeing The Rock as a surprise guest got me excited. The whole stadium couldn’t stop cheering.” and “When pops give you goose bumps you know it’s a special moment.”
