We all have couples we love to see together and others we wish would just move on already, and one of the latter for ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers is Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
We love them together and we love them apart, but sticking to one or the other for too long gets boring at times unless there’s some other characters thrown in to simmer, like Alex Kirkiakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien).
But even then there’s a certain shelf life.
In this case, Kristen has almost become a desperate woman seeking Brady’s affections. We don’t think it’s the intent of the show, but it’s how it’s coming across.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – More than sharing a daughter
While sharing a daughter keeps them tied together, ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers would love to see another love interest for Kristen to come to Salem if only to break the monotony.
At the moment, it feels like the writers don’t know what to do with her or don’t have any plans, and instead of her being conniving and cunning, she’s coming across more like she’s seeking Brady’s approval.
While that’s cool and all, the fact he wants nothing to do with her and her and Alex’s actions are only pushing him and Theresa closer together.
Every time she’s around Brady, Kristen seems to lose all her reason and she’s either trying to convince him to get back together with her or they argue over anything.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Maybe Alex is the one?
While their plan isn’t working out, there could be a chance that there’s something brewing between Alex and Kristen. It’s a long shot, but they do have good bantering chemistry and are fun.
At this point, having her and Brady around each other seems pointless since he views her as an unredeemable witch that’s poisoning their daughter against him.
She’s not, but it helps Brady sleep at night.
And if her and Alex are together, even if it’s just a plot to make Brady jealous on some level, it’ll pull his attention away from Theresa as he’ll wonder what Kristen is up to.
Or a new character could be introduced as a love interest for her, and that could make things interesting. Especially if they’re on Kristen’s level of scheming.
It just feels like there’s something more for her than just dealing with Brady. What do you think?
