‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers have been loving trying to figure out who is in the cryotube.
One of our first thoughts was it’d be Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte) after being kidnapped by EJ DIMera (Daniel Feuerriegel).
The idea we had was he’d be reprogrammed to be the new Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) in a twisted double cross by Doctor Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton).
Many fans are talking about it possibly being Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller) since her grave was empty, but we don’t think that’s it.
The fall promo showed whomever it is important to EJ and Paulina Price (Jackée Harry).
So, we’re going with a popular fan theory that it’s Lexie Carver (Jennifer Lee).
There are plenty of fun issues this will stir up if true, so let’s take a look at why we think this and what could go wrong for Paulina
‘Days of Our Lives. Spoilers: It explains Theo’s return
It’s been a while since we last saw Lexie.
After passing away due to tumors caused by toxic fumes, she returned in spirit and as a recast to save Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Paulina.
She had a pretty good relationship with EJ as well, and ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers think it’s her in the cryo tube.
It also explains Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews)’s return and taking center stage.
We suspect this is why no official or fan websites seem to mention him trying to take advantage of a married and amnesiatic Ciara Brady (Victoria Konnefal) during his last return.
Instead, the show called it a failed relationship when he returned.
So, making him appear an innocent outsider with a victim mentality makes sense as it’ll ensure he’ll be happier than most at his mother’s return.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Paulina’s gonna sweat
This is going to be the interesting angel as we’ll get to see Paulina deal with the possibility of losing Abe.
We don’t see Abe leaving her, but she has also avoided any direct consequences for her actions up to now.
It’ll be fun to see the actress ramp up the drama and continue to wow us as a she’ll compete with more than Lexis’s memory.
