‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers say Gabi DiMera’s (Camila Banus) had it pretty good in the missing year. She’s got control of DiMera, for starters, something she’s wanted a long time. She also won back Eli Grant (Lamon Archey). These two have been living happily-ever-after and make a great team. But Gabi’s got some problems. Here’s what you need to know.

Of course, her biggest issue is Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). He’s been determined to take her down. He even tried to get Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) stocks to keep what she sees as hers. This led to a nasty fight. She even tried to fire him, although Chad called her bluff. This obvious got to her, though.

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: True Colors
The pressure built enough that she might have made a huge error. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate she showed her darker side, and Eli didn’t like it. He was shocked she would be so cold about JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss). He called her out for daring to suggest he work in a little business in the middle of that hostage situation. Not to mention JJ’s drug issues and the potential legal consequences of his actions. We are totally with Eli here, although we did find Gabi amusing when she suggested Eli should’ve used the fine art of multi-tasking. The tension between Eli and Gabi was well-done, and we loved how Archey showed hints of disillusionment with his love. We’re sure this will grow as time (and the DiMera war) marches on. We also loved seeing Banus go from cracking under pressure to sweet as can be in the same scene. Have we mentioned this girl needs an Emmy nod? Oh, right. We did. Come on, people, make it so. As for the story, where does this leave the characters? Here’s what we see.

Kristen DiMera (Stacy) and Lani Price (Sal Stowers) are back in town. They gave up taking their vows to reclaim what’s theirs back in Salem. Kristen’s already set the trap when she left a message for Gabi to contact her about the shares Gabi wants so badly. Whatever she’s planning to do once Gabi’s lured in, we know it’ll be good. As for Eli, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers hint he’s in for a very rude awakening. This poor guy is going to suffer a while when he finds out his new love was using his grandmother’s life as blackmail material. We can’t wait to see how Archey plays that, and how Gabi will handle having her own world turned upside down.
