Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, February 10: Final respects
First, the DiMeras say goodbye to Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo). Yes, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal they had their moment at the mansion. However, now they’ll gather at the crypt to put Stefano’s remains in their final resting place. If the mansion gathering is any indication, we anticipate more DiMera in-fighting ahead.
As for EJ, this day will bring a bit of a surprise. It seems he gets a gift. This will be Stefano’s ring, and Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) will be the one to give it to him. He’ll say it was Stefano’s wish that EJ gets the heirloom. We kind of love the idea of the torch being passed along to EJ. While we never got to see the late Mascolo in action, we think Feuerriegel is the best thing DOOL has going for it and he’s more than up to the task of filling that sorely needed big bad role.

Elsewhere, Tony makes a suggestion to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). We assume the brothers take a moment to catch up some and Chad fills Tony in on the custody battle resolution. And he may also mention the Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) dilemma. So, it sounds like Tony is actually the one who’ll suggest Chad leaves town, at least for a while. Not only will he be far from the DiMera drama that way, but it will keep any misunderstandings from happening. We hope, however, the suggestion is less about appeasing the others and more about the need for a change of scenery after all the drama.

Finally, why not? Kristen is going to have more than a memorial to deal with. It seems Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), and Belle Black (Martha Madison) gang up on her. And we’re not in the least surprised, although we wish were.
We’re pretty sure this is all going to come down to her wanting to take Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) out of Bayview. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again—we’re Team Kristen here. While Marlena will probably defend the place and people she recommended, we’re not impressed with Bayview at all. And the new note from Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) has no excuse. Especially since we don’t remember Sophia specifically being called out yet for leaving said note.
