    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, August 5 reveal Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will surprise Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). Meanwhile, Cat gets down to business. We’ll also see Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) get mixed up in some new drama. Here’s what you need to know.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, August 5: What??

    First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Julie is thrown by what Chad tells her. After what we saw on Monday, August 4, we think that’s understating the situation! Julie was so worked up when she learned Chad was stuck in the elevator with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), she even had Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) trying to talk her back to reality. If Chad admits to enjoying the time he spent with her and having feelings for Cat, Julie will go into full meltdown mode. Which, honestly, might be fun to watch.

    Seriously, though, Marlena was right. Chad’s no longer married and he does have the right to be happy. And we believe she thinks that, whether Julie approves of his choice or not. It’s up to Chad to decide when he moves on and with whom. And from what we’re seeing, he’s definitely interested in Cat.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, August 5: Back to work

    Speaking of Cat, now that she’s no longer trapped, it’s time to get down to business. She and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will begin training. We assume this will also include at least some discussion of their mission and what she discussed with Chad in that elevator. Which, by the way, might be a problem between her and Chad. While we think he’s fair enough to know she’s doing a job and has no control over who is investigated, he might not like that he was basically being lied to again. Not to mention, if this investigation comes to light, he’ll realize she was basically pumping him for information on her mission while they passed the time. If that did come out and destroy any potential relationship, we’re sure Julie will be the first to celebrate.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, August 5: Public display

    In other Days of Our Lives spoilers, Xander and Gabi DiMera’s (Cherie Jimenez) bond strengthens. Or, he thinks it will. We all know anything going on between them is all about getting DiMera back in the family’s hands and being CEO. It will also lead to huge drama when Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) sees them kiss.
