Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of Monday, December 29 to Friday, January 2 reveal wedding bells are ringing in Salem. But will this be a good thing? Meanwhile, romance is in the air all over town. Plus, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) makes himself clear. Here’s what you need to know.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, December 29 to Friday, January 2: Wedding bells
First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal a happy occasion. Maybe. See, Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) get married. We have our concerns, though, and it’s not just about Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) being one of the guests. Weddings in general don’t go well in this town, and they’re ringing in the new year by saying “I do.” So, not only have they planned a wedding in town, but they’re holding it on a night also known for its interruptions, whether it be people back from the dead or some secret coming out.
Since we’re unaware of any secrets Leo and Javi have been keeping from each other, we’re going to go with an unwelcome guests interrupting the proceedings. Or, at least closing the night off. And since we know Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte) is returning to the show, our bet’s on him. But we’ll see.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, December 29 to Friday, January 2: Love in the air
Elsewhere, romance hits Salem. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal several couples will be bringing the romantic vibes, besides Leo and Javi. Steven Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will share a moment. Plus, Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) will be reunited with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) for the holiday. Plus, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) gets a surprise from Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, December 29 to Friday, January 2: End it
Finally, Peter Blake (Dan Gauthier) has been on life support since he tried to kill the rest of the DiMeras. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is still feeling guilt about Peter’s condition and will be keeping vigil over him. However, EJ isn’t so torn. He’ll want to pull the plug on Peter before Peter can possibly recover and do any more damage. We’re sure Kristen is not going to be down for that.

Since we know that he will wake up and turn Kristen away, EJ’s opinion is a moot point. He either wakes before it can be done, or Kristen manages to keep it from happening. And we’d say that, as Kristen and Rachel Blake (Roslyn Gentle) are biologically related to Peter, their opinions will be the ones that count.
