‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal Twitter can lead to interesting places. A while back, we reported on a Twitter exchange between head writer Ron Carlivati and Jackée Harry, a legendary sitcom actress.
We remember her from her role as Sandra Clark on 227, as well as Lisa Landry on Sister, Sister. She does, however, have a background in soaps and an obvious enjoyment of DOOL.
In the Twitter exchange, the actress noted the similarity between Suzanne Rogers (Maggie Kiriakis) and musician Bonnie Raitt. This led to a back and forth between the two, joking about her potential future in Salem. It’s about to be reality. Here’s what you need to know.

Sometimes, a casual thought or exchange can change one’s reality. Carlivati jokingly tweeted his response, but in the back of his mind, he knew he wanted her to join. He just didn’t know if she’d be open to actually doing it for real.
A recent Soap Opera Digest report stated Harry is now officially coming on to the show. There’s no specifics on when, but it should be happening before too long, as Carlivati said she starts taping “soon”. So, what do we know? Let’s take a look.

There’s not a lot to talk about right now. All we do know, is Harry will play a character named Paulina. She’s connected to Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price (Sal Stowers).
It sounds like a family relation, and her appearance in town is said to be related to the newborn twins being kidnapped. Her character was described as being, “self made” and “very outspoken”. Apparently, she’ll decide to do business in Salem at some point after her arrival.

We’ll be honest here. We’ve found Elani to be a bit boring at times. Especially with their recent argument over Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). The conversations between them have become so repetitive. So, we’re excited to see a new person come along that can maybe liven things up in that family.
Plus, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) has been a bit of a disappointment as well. He really dropped the ball with the Kristen case and allowing a woman clearly too biased to do her job right to stay on it.
So, she should shake things up in his world as well. The actress definitely has a presence, and we know she can rock comedic moments and sarcasm. So, it should be a lot of fun to see their interactions.
