David Beckham allegedly confronted his son, Brooklyn Beckham, amid claims that the latter’s wife Nicola Peltz fell out with Victoria Beckham.
David Beckham Allegedly Confronted His Son Brooklyn Beckham Over Rumours Of His Wife Nicola Peltz’s Feud With Victoria Beckham
According to reports, Nicola and Victoria fell out after claims that the latter wanted her to wear a certain type of wedding dress. This was then allegedly interpreted as Victoria becoming controlling, as Nicola decided to go ahead with another dress.
While that may have been the case, Nicola clarified the matter when she suggested that the only reason she went with another address was because the other one could not be altered. Meanwhile, Brooklyn made it clear that his priority was to make sure that Nicola was fine.
In his comments at the time, Brooklyn said: “To be honest, my wife is obviously my first priority and I never want to see her upset ever. When people do say ridiculous things, we just talk about it and we just move on.”
Those comments apparently did not go down very well since it was aired publicly. As a result, David had reportedly had a heart-to-heart with Brooklyn to make sure that any discontent was put to bed.
And in the process of doing so, David allegedly let his son know that he was not going to tolerate any kind of behaviour that could disrupt family relations.
A source confirmed the following: “He had it out with him and told him: ‘We don’t do this in our family — and you know that we don’t do this in our family. What happens next is up to you, but we are done with the drama.”
With the family having now put this behind them, Brooklyn has made it clear that he is ready to move on to the next stage of his life. He has indicated that he is ready to have children, something which could end up happening very soon. With that being said, the whole family could not be in a better place after the initial tension.
