Crystal Hefner has defended her late husband Hugh Hefner after a series of revelations came out painting the man in a negative light, as part of a documentary entitled ‘Secrets of Playboy.’
Crystal Hefner Reassures Holly Madison That She ‘Destroyed’ Any Incriminating Footage Of The Playboy Models
In the aftermath of his death, there have been a series of allegations which have suggested that Hugh had a lot of power and influence over the models that were under his control.
This included various claims that he had videotapes of women that were showing them in the bedroom, as well as claims that there was cocaine within the mansion.
Naturally, this resulted in one of Hugh’s former girlfriends Holly Madison to come out and claim that there were potentially some photos available that could be used against her.
But for Crystal, she downplayed any of those fears by suggesting that she had taken action to make sure that they were not there anymore.
In a post to her fans on Twitter, she remarked: “I found thousands of those disposable camera photos you are talking about @hollymadison.
“I immediately ripped them up and destroyed every single one of them for you and the countless other women in them. They’re gone.”
Ultimately, it is simply a case of Madison’s word against Crystal. And given that Hugh is no longer alive to defend his position, the very fact of the matter is that Crystal has now placed herself firmly in the firing line.
If it does transpire that photos do emerge after this public admission by Crystal, then there is a danger that a full-blown investigation could occur.
In addition, as this admission happened on a public platform that being Twitter, it cannot be removed without people having made a note of it.
Nevertheless, Holly took Crystal’s words on board. And it looks as though she accepted them at face value. In a statement in response, Holly revealed: “Thank you @crystalhefner.”
These claims are not going to die down anytime soon, given the number of women that have come forward to express their disapproval over the behaviour that they were subjected to.
