The Duggar family‘s popularity never seems to diminish no matter what scandal hits them. Their fans are obsessed with their lives and their story. One of the Duggars, Jana Duggar gets a lot of attention because of the fact that she is the only Duggar that isn’t married. Jana is one of the Duggars who has not spent that much time on social media either.
Jana practically disappeared from social media about two years ago and her followers were shocked to see her back on Instagram. She shared a photo of some purple flowers in her garden this past week. She captioned the photo, “Spring beauty.” Of course, she got a lot of comments about her talents in the garden. Let’s find out more about her coming back to social media.
Counting On: Jana’s Fans Rejoice
It didn’t take long for Jana’s fans to show her some love after she shared her garden with them. One of her fans wrote, “So beautiful… Hopefully, you will begin to share more beautiful things like this. I’ve missed your posts. You’re a very talented green thumb. Would love to see more of your garden! Would love some tutorials or tips you’d like to share this summer!”
As fans went on and on about how happy they were to see Jana’s post, they began to look back through her Instagram account and the last time that she posted was March of 2022. Back in 2022, she actually made headlines when she was babysitting. A horrible incident happened at the time and she was all over the news. The incident actually happened in September of 2021. Jana wasn’t arrested, but this came shortly after her brother, Josh Duggar went to prison for possession of child pornography. She did go to court and plead not guilty.
Counting On: Jana Breaks The Silence
Shortly after the incident occurred, Jana took to social media to share more about her feelings. She wrote, “I prefer a more private life, but I know my last name means that everything we do is open to public criticism and interest, especially during this time. The raw facts: I was babysitting a few months ago when one of the children wandered outside alone. A passerby who saw the child called the police. This resulted in a written citation as well as a follow-up with children welfare who concluded that it was an accident and the child was unharmed.”
Jana still lives close to her parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar in Arkansas. There have been rumors that she was courting and there were also rumors that she is gay. As of right now, she is the oldest, single Duggar child. Her fans are glad that she is back on social media nonetheless.
