CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) needs someone to step in for the company while Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is recovering. Unfortunately, the only requirements are their last name is Newman. Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is busy with her own thing and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is completely uninterested. This leaves Victor in a pickle with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) being the only one left.
Not only does Adam really want it, but he is also really the only option for Victor. This makes Adam feel even mightier like he has all the power. With no signs of Nick stepping up, it may leave Victor with no choice. Is Adam truly just trying to help his family or does he have something up his sleeve? Something tells me he’s scheming because he’s Adam…

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Will Victor Go Through With Picking Adam To Run Newman?
Victor has been making Adam wait after they last spoke. Today, while Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) were having dinner, Victor called. At first, Adam was going to let it go to voicemail. He wanted Victor to know what it felt like to have to wait. Chelsea talked him into answering however and he requested Adam come out to the ranch.
Adam and Chelsea arrive and Adam is quick to jump to speaking about the company. Victor seems very unsure about the situation, and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) questions if he can even trust Adam with Newman. Victor tells her he has no other choice. However, it seems he might just change his mind. Not only is Adam’s ego on full display but he’s being very pushy and agitating. This is causing Victor to question the whole thing, as he was before.
