CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has lost his short-lived position as CEO at Newman Enterprises. Could the love of his life, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) be the next thing he loses? I think it’s a possibility, and although we won’t know for probably at least a few weeks, we can still speculate what may happen.

Chelsea has seemingly been behind Adam’s choices every step of the way. Beginning in Kansas and pushing the idea that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) was in town the same time that A.J. Montalvo was killed. Then it is was her that pushed him to keep pursuing the story and vowed to be on his side through the whole battle. Now the battle is over, will she stay by his side?

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Will Chelsea Leave Adam Now That He Lost The CEO Position?

The story of A.J. Montalvo seems to be solved. At least that’s the information we’ve been given. Assuming that Victor is telling the truth, this will mark an end for Adam’s reign and run at the company. So will Chelsea want to stick around with him? Since they started going for the CEO position, Chelsea has seemed to want it worse than Adam did. Is she with Adam for the power struggle or does she genuinely love him?

It looks like it could be stormy weather for the couple ahead, and while she says they’ll get through it together, I think that once Adam suggests they put it to rest, Chelsea will have something to say about it. She’ll continue to push and drive Adam to fight back, even when he doesn’t want to, eventually ending in a catastrophe. What do you think? Is Chelsea going to leave Adam now that he’s not the CEO and may want to just quit the fight? Let us know in the comments below.
