CBS ‘The Young and The Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers tease that Lily Winters was first introduced in 1995. She is the daughter of Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell) and Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore), however, her legal father was Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). Lily went through a very minor troubled youth; however, her character has always been sweet and enjoyable to watch. Through her several questionable relationships, Lily has been played by two different actresses.
Let’s not forget that Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) was first introduced to the Y&R plotline by grooming and raping Lily Winters with chlamydia. Since 2004, Kevin’s character has changed substantially and he is now married to Chloe Mitchel (Elizabeth Hendrickson). Following that, Lily married bad-boy Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) in 2005, despite her parents’ hesitations. Their marriage ended with a nasty porn addiction on Daniel’s behalf before Lily fell into the arms of Cane Ashby (Colin Atkinson).

Cane and Lily’s romance was rocky before Cane tragically (sort of) died. Cane returned from the dead (it was actually his brother that had died) and the two rekindle before an onslaught of drama. Lily battled ovarian cancer and eventually, the couple separated. Throughout the years, Lily has been played by two actresses. Primarily, Christel Khalil who dominated the role from 2002-2005 and returned in 2006-current. During Khalil’s exist, Davetta Sherwood briefly stepped in.
