CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that Genoa City has been nothing short of drama lately; however, the show producers have fans in for a treat this week! We can expect some appearances from Jeanne Cooper as Katherine Chancellor in some Y&R flashbacks this week. Unfortunately, production of the daytime drama was halted due to COVID-19, and producers have decided to rerun older episodes instead of going silent on daytime television. This week looks to be all about Katherine Chancellor. On Monday, April 27, Y&R will air a classic from March 1, 1990. Katherine will escape, and Cassandra will be in danger. News on the block is that there’s a new release date for Melody Thomas Scott’s, who plays Nikki Newman, upcoming memoir, Always Young and Restless.

On Tuesday, April 28, an episode from July 5, 2004, will feature Katherine’s intervention and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadel), learning the heartbreaking news that Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) is not, in fact, his biological father.
On Wednesday, April 29, we can expect a flashback to April 3, 2009, where Katherine and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) get into a heated cake fight as everyone else is gathering for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) wedding.
An episode from May 4, 2009, will take the screen on Friday, May 1, where Katherine and Murphy’s wedding is about to take place. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) learns Katherine hired Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). Are you excited for this trip down memory lane with everybody’s favourite Y&R veteran?
