The more things change, the more they stay the same and CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set for some circling back for a couple of storylines.
This episode feels like rerun season and we’re curious if there’s going to be a twist in the storylines, or if they’ll be copy and paste segments.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victor’s in his glory
With his testosterone flowing after he demanded Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) leave the city or else, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will set his sights on Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
Diane’s altercation with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) could’ve gone a lot smoother, but to be honest we’re surprised it didn’t go further with how hard Nikki was pushing.
We don’t blame Nikki given their past, and now Victor will step in a and warn Diane away from his family once again.
We’ll be surprised if he doesn’t give her an “or else” like he did Ashland, though we doubt she’ll respond to it any differently than Ashland did.
‘Young and the Restless’ think this altercation could be what pushed Diane back to the dark side and possibly team with Ashland to go after the Newmans.
Or both Diane and Ashland could be 100% legit and Victor’s just being his usually self. After all the great family man needed someone to point out Ashland’s weakness is his son.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Self consciousness raises its head
Once again, we’re diving into Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd)’s psyche as he’s going to move on from having problems with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James)’s relationship with his son to Devon’s bond with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway).
We’re sure he’s going to feel like he’s the odd many out once again as Devon and Abby will continue to bond over their shared son, and it’ll lead to some more problems for the couple.
At this point, we doubt this storyline will have any punch to it, but hopefully we’re wrong.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Billy’s in trouble again
On our second stop on the lazy writing tour, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be in hot water with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) once again.
We’re guessing it’ll be about his podcast as Lily will feel left out that he’s not sharing his thoughts and fears with her.
