CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set for what looks like some more fun Newman family arguing, and it looks like it’s going to continue to be the outsiders as targets.
With so much going on and his children trying to guess his next move, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is going to do his best to alienate as many family members as possible to protect his legacy and it’s going to get ugly.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 1: Distrusting Ashland
Well, it took them long enough to wonder about Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi) and his motives in all of this since his past is full of him taking advantage and no one’s gone with him to a cancer treatment yet.
The funny thing about this is Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) are going to start questioning him now, but Victor was okay with his past at the wedding to make Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) happy.
And that was after the companies merged, so any damage to be done was already set in motion.
While Ashland’s past has left plenty of reasons to be suspicious, we’re looking forward to how Victoria will take this.
‘Young and the Restless’ have no doubt Victor will use whatever he finds to turn her against Ashland, even if it’s not legitimate, but will she stand up for herself and fight back or give in?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 1: Lauren doesn’t trust Victor
With Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) doing some work for Victor in the dark, he’s going to raise some eyebrows concerning what his job is.
The first to wonder is his wife, and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) isn’t one to take her husband possibly getting into something he shouldn’t.
So, she’s going to grill Michael on what he’s doing and voice her fears about what Victor has him doing. In short, we don’t think she trusts Victor and she’s wise not to.
Now, whether or not Michael will agree with her is another story, but we doubt he’ll quit. He’ll assure her everything’s fine and he’s not getting in over his head in anything.
We think it’s going to be an interesting and dangerous game he’s playing, and we expect Ashland to not be too happy about it. And Victoria will be right there ready to skin Michael if something goes wrong.
