CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers for March 12th, 2020 indicate that awhile back, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) offered Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) a position heading up the social media division of Chancellor Industries, which Billy kind of had qualms about at first because to him it seemed like a position that she simply made up in order to keep him swamped in busywork. But it looks like that was not the case. Jill wants to remain relevant while she goes up against Newman Enterprises and it looks like Billy will be instrumental in that because he’s finally decided to accept the position, but now it looks like that position won’t be the solo gig he was originally told about. Now it looks like Jill will have another person in mind that she wants him to work with.

That person will be Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), which will shock Billy to no end but she will insist these two will make absolute magic together – in the boardroom that is.Jilly realizes that Billy can be kind of a wildcard at times, but with Lily around to rein this mustang in she’ll think that she has harnessed the crazy to her advantage. Also, Lily is someone that Bad Boy Billy actually trusts so he won’t view it as being shackled to someone he hates. That doesn’t mean they aren’t likely to clash, however! We’ll just have to see how things go between these two.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For March 12: Nick and Phyllis can’t stay away from each other
Meanwhile Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will meet up and discuss things that have recently gone on between them. They’re both convinced that hooking up again is a bad idea, but what would they do with all the sex otherwise? Looks like today’s episode will be no different, Phyllis and Nick will be drawn to each other and unable to resist temptation but is this a temporary friends with benefits thing or is this a full-on reunion? We don’t know yet, but for right now it looks like those two are having fun right where they’re at. Besides, in hookup culture does anyone ever really get back together to stay anyway, anymore?
