CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers update for Monday, February 10 finds that adulting is hard. Even though Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Lola Rosales (Sasha Caille) are splitting up doesn’t mean that they can call in sick to work, that’s just not the way the world works. Besides, if you could call in ‘divorced’ to work then a lot of businesses would go under. So hi ho, hi ho, it’s off to work they go and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will have to comfort poor Lola because of course she’s heartbroken. Kyle’s heartbrokenish, but keep in mind that really didn’t get in the way of his ‘reunion’ with Summer Newman (Hunter King), and while a part of Lola is glad to be free, the other part of her is sad that her marriage had to end like this. Mariah’s going to warn Lola against hooking up with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) but we all know that’s going to go in one ear and out the other.

Theo Vanderway will notice a shift in dynamic between two and he will confront Summer about it. Summer will finally admit to it but she won’t take this confrontation lying down, no she’ll remind Theo that he’s no prize himself and Lola can do a hell of a lot better than him. This makes Theo angry because its not up to Summer who Lola dates and she should keep her opinions to herself, even if they are right. Lola might appreciate the bad boy that is Theo but let’s reserve all opinion until he lets the secret of Summer and Kyle’s infidelity slip, and then we’ll see how much Lola still wants to be with him. That may turn out well for being but it could also turn out disasterous… woops.

But even if she does have reservations that won’t stop the hook-up from happening. The ‘Lyle’ ship wasn’t even cold in the ground before Kyle went and got into bed with Summer. So Lola will think she’s perfectly entitled to her rights to do the same thing and then she’ll hook-up with Theo. Fun will be had by all because let’s face it they’ve been dancing around the issue for months, even when she was heavily into Kyle and married to him.

In other spoiler news, it looks like Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be handling some business due to the whole Vegas incident. He doesn’t want to involve Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) though, so he will go visit Riza Thompson (Tina Casciani) all by his lonesome but that plan doesn’t quite work out for him. No word on what exactly happens yet, but it’ll probably be a lot more hassle than its worth. Stay tuned!!!
