CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that rumors are swirling that Tuesday is the day that our favorite soap opera crew is gearing up and heading back to work. Over the past few weeks, the stars have been teasing us with their social media accounts and showing us that they are preparing for their returning. Most recently, Eric Braeden got spiffy. Though this might mean the end of some fantastic reruns, we’re excited to see where Genoa City is after a long hiatus during the global pandemic.
Michelle Stafford, who plays Phyllis Summers, teased on her Instagram about her return to set. She began on YR back in 1994, and her most recent caption reads, “Well, I guess I gotta start taking a shower and brushing my hair…Stay wise and healthy all of your beautiful people! #whatatimetobealive #gratefuleveryday”

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: The Cast Is Ready To Return
The caption was put on a striking photo of Stafford posing in a white gown with beachy waves and her piercing blue eyes taking the show. Before the production halt, Phyllis reconnected with her ex-husband, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Despite their best efforts to stay apart, it looks like their chemistry and history has effectively brought them back together. Do you think that they will go full force post-pandemic? Meanwhile, Eric Braeden (who plays Victor Newman) also teased on a Twitter post with a photo at the hair salon. The picture has the caption, “Final haircut before going back to work!!!”. The picture attached shows Braeden in a pair of aviators and a hospital mask. We’re glad to see that he is still being health-savvy.
Braeden is undoubtedly one of the most familiar faces on the show. He has been one of the most notable stars for over 40 years, and he is well-known for his long-standing romance with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
