CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is in the midst of his separation with Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle), yet we are seeing things heating up between Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle. Obviously, the pair hadn’t always had such strong chemistry. After all, Kyle did end up choosing his relationship with Lola over the potential romance with Summer.
However, the tides have turned and now the two are testing the waters. Kyle and Summer’s history has been far from seamless. The two have gone to bat a few times, and Summer even ruthlessly blackmailed Kyle at one point – in which he ended up choosing his
wife-to-be, Lola.

However, as of recent weeks, Kyle has decided to leave Lola and begin a relationship with Summer. Despite the long-time love triangle, many Genoa citizens seem to be unsupportive about the budding romance. Noah, in true Noah fashion, has been supportive and understanding, as he just wants to see Summer happy. However, Nick and Phyllis are singing a different tune about their daughter’s new beau. The parents are concerned that Summer’s heart is on the line as she’s canoodling with a man who is still technically married. Nick and Phyllis know personally that a sticky situation like theirs typically ends up in hurt feelings and broken hearts. Despite the lack of support from Genoa, Kyle and Summer still seem to be heating up. However, now ‘Young and the Restless’ fans are beginning to speculate that there might be a huge plot twist that is about to follow. The audience believes that Lola might fall pregnant – which will completely blow up the young, budding romance.
If Lola fell pregnant with Kyle’s baby, the audience can assume that Kyle (being a good guy that has cleaned up his act) will leave Summer to support his ex-wife and baby-to-be. It would be an interesting twist to throw into the daytime drama, and it would certainly remind fans that in Genoa, there is no such thing as getting too comfortable with any relationship.
