CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that stars Daniel Goddard (Cane Ashby) and Bryton James (Devon Hamilton) have announced a brand new app for soap fans. The two actors are working together to bring all of the latest news and updates for daytime television viewers. Here’s what you need to know.
According to reports, the new app is called BILDBORD and it is aimed at connecting fans of ‘Young and the Restless’, ‘Bold and the Beautiful’, ‘General Hospital’ and ‘Days of Our Lives’. The launch will officially debut today, May 11th, at 3pm EST.

Daniel told Soap Opera Digest in an interview, “I wanted to find a way to bring the fans together as one group so they could share their individual love for the soap genre, the shows, the characters and the actors. So, Bryton and I decided to build an app that would unite soap fans from all over the world. That way they could find and be found by other fans who are into the same interests and passions besides just soaps. And from that the idea for BILDBORD was born, but it became much bigger than that.”
So far daytime television fans seem to be very excited about the app and all of the exclusives that both Bryton and Daniel will be able to share with them. Even though their characters Devon and Cane were absolute enemies on the canvas, both actors have a very good friendship off-screen. As many fans know, Bryton is still on the show while Daniel was apparently let go from ‘Young and the Restless’ late last year. Now whether or not he returns to the soap still remains to be seen.
