CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set for a new week and it looks like we’re going to have some headway in the latest mystery.
Of course, there’s more going on than a mystery as there’s also some wedding planning underway as well as a potentially life altering decision.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Phyllis cracks the code
After Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) handed his phone to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) for her to look at the text messages, it was only a matter of time until she figured out who it is.
We’re still in the dark, but we have a feeling it’s going to involve bringing back another character and Jack’s son, Keemo Volien Abbott (Philip Moon).
We’re guessing it’ll involve that either Keemo’s still alive or that he’s resurfaced or anything else that strikes the writer’s fancy.
It’s been so long since he was last on the show, they could rewrite huge swaths of his history if he is the one behind the texts.
However they do it, at least we’re finally getting a storyline with Jack after he’s been on the back burner for a few years?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Wedding plans commence
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) are going to get into planning for their wedding, and ‘Young and the Restless’ expect this to be their typical exchange.
It’ll be a touching scene as they go back and forth.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Chance’s decision
With Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) finally realizing he needs help, and we think Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will help him make the decision to get the help he needs.
Part of that also include possibly looking into another career in security or something else, but that’ll come later.
It’s not going to help Chance knowing that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) saved his son once again while he couldn’t, so we hope he does get some help before he goes off the rails.
It doesn’t help that Chance’s PTSD and survivor’s guilt was ignored for the most part with only Devon really noticing he needed help.
This has been an awkward storyline since its inception, and we’re curious if it’s going to be drawn out before Chance gets help or if they’ll start treating it like the serious problem it is for many.
