CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has a new plan to take down Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and her new hotel across the street. It seems silly and may have some implications, mainly Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to be exact. He’s not stupid and will see right through it all. Will he keep it to himself or tell everyone what Phyllis is up to?
Today we saw a nice conversation between Jack and Phyllis. Well, as nice as it can be with Phyllis. She admitted to him that she and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) are giving it another shot, followed by a face of shock and possible regret. Even Jack looked at her oddly but told her as long as she’s happy. What came next is what Phyllis will use against Abby.

Jack is building a new warehouse in Washington state for Jabot, unfortunately, production on that is going to have to be halted. As they were digging the foundation that ran into fossils. They have to shut down production while the fossils are carefully examined and dug up. To further his issues, it could take weeks or months or more if they turn it into an archeological dig.
This gets Phyllis’ brain biscuits baking, and she realizes how she can use this information to her advantage. While she doesn’t openly say it, we can see what she’s thinking. She will now stage bones in Abby’s hotel construction so they must halt production. Seriously? Yes. This is where we are and how silly it is. Now Jack will notice something when this happens though. Will he catch on to what Phyllis is doing or play dumb? Either way, it will probably work and we’ll be back at war for The Grand Phoenix. What do you think?
