CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that another classic episode is on front today! On Friday, May 8th, Y&R fans get to watch Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) remarry in 2002. However, not without enough drama to last a lifetime! Of course, long-time fans know that this marriage would only last six years – but would eventually rekindle itself again.
Back in 1982, Victor and Nikki said their vows at the Collonade Rom. After divorce, other affairs, and many tears, the two made their way back to each other 20 years later. And, of course, the two decided to say their vows at the same place.However, with a little less fuss than the first time – however, with no less drama.

Genoa City’s other blonde bombshell, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), is holding a secret, though. Years early, Ashley used Victor’s sperm deposit to become pregnant with Abby Newman (now Melissa Ordway). Ashley planned to keep Abby’s paternity a secret, as she was happily married to Brad Carlton (Don Diamont). However, Ashley ended up with breast cancer, and now the secret seems to be unravelling.

After her diagnosis, Ashley filmed a tape with the truth for Abby. She hid the tape. Ashley seems to have a vendetta out. After all, she did abort Victor’s baby when he left her for Nikki, who was apparently terminally ill – which was fake. So, now on their second wedding day, Ashley seems to be holding all of the cards.
