CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) may have something to say about the new tenant at his building. Though Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) struck the deal with Nick, he didn’t realize that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) would be there. Today, while going in to check on the office space and see if Jill needed anything he ran into Billy, and he was not happy about it.

Nick cannot stand, and I would say hates, Billy with a passion. He blames Billy for what happened to his sister Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Had Billy not been involved with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes) would never have been at that party and confused Victoria for Amanda. Everything that’s happened, Victoria being in the hospital and the reason he has to be interim CEO, is all pinned on Billy. How will Nick react to him using his space to build a business?

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Nick Runs Into Billy At The New Office – Will Nick Find A Way To Get Him Out?

I think there’s a good chance that Nick will try to go back on his agreement with Jill and either get Billy fired or push them out of his office space. I don’t see Nick trying to talk to Billy about everything and letting him continue on. Nick sees Billy as an absolute threat and is letting his emotions dictate his behavior.

While I can understand Nick placing blame on Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) , letting his emotions control him is not the way to go about this. Rationally, he should probably see this as business and that Billy is working for Jill. Though I doubt this will happen. Is there any chance that Nick will be able to move on with Billy, or will we see a battle now? What do you think? How will Nick react to Billy using his office space?
