Whelp, CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers doubt things could’ve gone more awkwardly leading into closing the week out, and it looks like we’re no closer to the end of a storyline than we were last week.

Of course, there are other things happening in Genoa City and it’s never a good thing to take matters of the heart lightly.

In fact, this looks like it’s going to be an hour long argument for the most part.

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 1: Not on the same page

Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) are going to have a not-so fun argument over their future.

Mariah’s made it no secret she thinks Tessa having a baby would help her, except when it comes to people aside from Tessa hearing about it.

As such, she’s fit to be tied as she feels betrayed that Tessa would go to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) about her desire.

Tessa did what she felt was best since Mariah’s gotten a little over the edge lately and another baby is probably the wrong thing to add to the equation at the moment.

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 1: Jack and Phyllis can’t get a moment

Fresh off his argument with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will walk in while Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) are having a moment.

‘Young and the Restless’ fully expect Nick will walk in on the pair sharing a hug or just being too close at the wrong time.

With Nick still being raw following taking the brunt of Victoria’s anger, he probably won’t be in such a forgiving mood toward Jack and a brief flareup will happen.

It’ll be quick and Phyllis will put a stop to it, but the damage will be done and Nick and Jack will be wary of each other.

This could lead to some problems down the line and bring Phyllis in to go after Victoria for not appreciating what she has around her and messing up everyone else’s life.

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 1: Victoria goes on a rampage

With Nick gone, Victoria will vent her anger in the best way she can think of, and that’s by destroying the painting Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi) made for her.

With Ashland’s story having as many holes in it as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s morals, we’re surprised no one called him out on the picture IDs he and his friend had and there has to be more than just swapping wallets.

Will Victoria pick apart Ashland’s story? Let us know below and check back with CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
