CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will step up and run Newman Enterprises. He was convinced at the last possible minute and called Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to let him know. Of course, this is going to push Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to the edge! However, it looks like he has a partner in crime now. Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) tells Adam that she will help him get the CEO position!
We could probably have seen this coming. There was no way that we were going to see Adam as the CEO, but Nick taking the position at the last minute is going to make him very vengeful! He was ready to settle his differences with his family, especially Victor, he’s been on his best behavior lately and even said some nice things at the Gala. However, it looks like all that is going away and Chelsea and Adam are ready to make Victor and Nick’s lives a living hell. What’s family for?

Adam thinks this was set up all along, and even accuses Victor of playing him. Victor literally was just about to give him the company to run, he had no other options. However, now with Nick taking the position, this just gives Adam ammunition. Nick tells Victor that Adam will be coming after the company hard. The next few months are going to be tough, and hopefully, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) can make a speedy recovery!
Victor is quick to tell Nick that Adam will fail when he comes for the company. How is Chelsea going to help Adam and what will their plan be?
