CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that there may be more to Tanner Watts (Chase Coleman) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks ) than meets the eye. Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) sees an old, familiar face, Lindsay (Kirby Bliss Blanton) and we see Mariah getting worried about her girlfriend. Does she have anything to worry about though or is she just feeling lonely?
When we first see Tessa today, she is asleep on a private jet with Tanner. Tanner strums on his guitar and is singing softly when Tessa wakes up. He apologizes but she is quick to tell him that not even her dreams can be this great. She still can’t believe she’s opening up for the biggest singer in the world and flying around on jets. Together they start playing and singing a song while locking eyes the entire time. This could mean nothing, but it certainly felt like there were some unresolved feelings. The next time we see them, Tessa is making Mariah a scarf, and Tanner talks about his wife who’s the opposite of Tessa. He seems almost upset by it. He’s been having so much fun with Tessa but knows he probably wouldn’t with his wife. It feels like there’s more going on behind the music star.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Mariah Sees An Old Face While Tanner & Tessa Share A Moment On A Private Jet
Meanwhile, back in Genoa City Mariah runs into an old friend Lindsay. They are surprised to see each other and it seems they have had some history as well. They catch up and make small talk, but it’s not long before the conversation turns towards Tessa. Mariah is upset that she’s so far away but she doesn’t want to come between Tessa and her dream. Lindsay tries to assure Mariah that she has nothing to worry about, but fails almost immediately when she brings up her past as a roadie. This plus a text message from Tanner makes it worse.
Mariah texts Tessa telling her she misses her and loves her. Within a few seconds, she gets a reply, and our hearts jump. Though it’s just Tanner on her phone, telling her he’ll pass the message along. This gets Mariah down really quickly, and we all know the feeling.
When Tessa first left, it seemed we were worried about Tessa getting together with Tanner, though it seems Tanner is the only one with an interest. We even see Tessa making a scarf for Mariah, so we know she’s thinking about her! Will Mariah be the one who falters? Could she find comfort in Lindsay and take things too far? It already seems like they have has some kind of relationship in the past. What do you think? Will Mariah be the one who does something bad?
