CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that august 30thtook viewers back to February 2008 as Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) got ready to walk down the aisle to her husband-to-be, JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill).
Unfortunately, their onscreen romance didn’t work out as well as everyone had hoped, as JT now lives happily in Washington with a new wife. In better news, Amelia and Thad are still married in real life – despite their YR characters not working out.

Amelia had a rough go with JT in YR. Not only did he leave her to marry another woman, but he also took their son and fled to another state.
Several years after JT fled with Reed, Reed returned to Genoa City to reunite with his mom. Things seemed to be going relatively well until all of a sudden, Reed showed off his rough side. Naturally, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) had to protect her daughter) and she killed him – or so we thought.
On goes an onslaught of drama following this. Victoria and JT aren’t aware of all of the treachery, and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) have understandably decided that they hate JT for breaking Victoria’s heart. But, on Victoria and JT’s wedding day, the father and son duo put their swords down to support Victoria.
Meanwhile,Nick Newman(Peter Bergman) is not putting his sword down. He still has a vendetta against Gloria Abbott (Judith Chapman), and he wants to chase her out of Genoa City. How will he achieve that? Blackmail, of course.
Unfortunately for Jack, Gloria learned from the best, and she is going to fight back with the big guns. All is fair in Genoa City, after all. What did you think of this 2008 flashback?
