CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that we all know and love her! The one, the only, Amelia Heinle. Amelia plays the infamous Victoria Newman. The heir to the Newman empire! Today, she celebrates 15 ripe years on ‘Young and the Restless’ cast.
According to Soaps In Depth, Amelia said that she nearly didn’t audition for the role of the Victor Newman daughter. As she walked in, she noticed another seven girls vying for the role. She became overwhelmed and nearly walked out.
She was the last person to get into the room with producers, and her anxiety was at all time high. Heinle decided to see the audition through and thank goodness she did!
Not only did she get the position as Victoria Newman, but her role has resulted in her winning TWO Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.

Heinle also married Thad Luckinbill, who played JT Hellstrom on ‘Young and the Restless’, and the two welcomed two beautiful children, Thaddeus Rowe and Georgia March. She reports loving playing alongside both Eric Braeden and Melody Thomas Scott.
Victoria Newman was first introduced as Ashley Nicole Millan in 1982, but Amelia Heinle took over the role in 2005. Though she was known to be the teenager from hell back in the day, Victoria Newman is known well-loved in Genoa City for being a fierce and loving businesswoman and artist.
Over the years, Victoria has married Brad Carlton (Don Diamont), JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill), Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Brandon Collins (Paul Walker), Tony Viscardi (Jay Bontatibus), and Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John).
She’s the adoptive mother to Johnny Abbott and the biological mother to Katie Newman and Albert Miller. Happy 15-year anniversary to the great Amelia Heinle! We can’t imagine anybody else in the shows of Victoria Newman.
