CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that viewers have been growing tired of the stagnant stories in Genoa City the last few months. Comments on YouTube videos, blogs, and websites have all alluded to the fact that they’re growing tired of watching. The stories were beginning to repeat themselves and there wasn’t any true drama. We’ve seen Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) go in and out of this state of “chaos” many times before. Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) have played this game a lot.
However, there finally seems to be some fresh life being written into the show as of late, and people are noticing. For instance, cancer is an issue that’s been addressed several times across soap operas, but Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) diagnoses have been a wheel in the machine that’s attributed to many storylines. In particular, her daughters, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind). However, is the drama here to stay or will it be written out soon?

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Is The Drama Finally Back After A Stagnant Few Months?
Another storyline people are looking forward to is Billy’s new job at Chancellor alongside Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Billy’s been doing the “poor me” routine for a while and viewers are anxiously awaiting seeing him actually confront a problem head-on and not shy away. It should be an interesting storyline between the two! The classic cheating story between Mariah and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) has been the other big story we’re all looking forward to. Nothing like a relationship falling into shambles! Now we will see Mariah attempt whatever she can to win her back.
They’ve even thrown sweet, innocent Faith into the fire! Now she’s having issues appearently and her father Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has asked Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) for his help talking to her while he’s out of town on business. Finally, we’re getting some interesting events going on and out of the same boring old rotation. Hopefully, this is a sign of things to come! What do you think? What story are you most excited about!
