CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers reveal It’s been a scheming a few months with Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers) and Jill Abbott Atkinson (Jess Walton). After Colin stole Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) money and held it for what seemed like ages, he finally released it back to him with an ominous message. However, more information is coming to light about Colin’s schemes. However, Jill Abbott Atkinson might be taking the fall for it. The loving and broken-hearted mother might be in hot water.
Last week, we learned that Colin had sent Devon back the large sum of money that he had stolen. It was warming to see that Devon was understanding and even a little sad for Colin. However, this might be directly hurting Jill. At Grand Phoenix, Jill and Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll) begin talking about the troublesome situation. He tells her that Colin didn’t want to keep Devon’s money. He was just getting crafty with it. IN between, Colin laundered it.
CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Is Jill Taking The Fall?
They begin to talk about Colin’s scheming. He had passed a large sum of money through Chancellor Industries’ accounts – all under Jill’s nose! Jill feels guilty that she didn’t see the transactions. After all, it’s her company – and she will be the one taking the fall for the money laundering. Jill is understandably stressed and hurt. However, Chance is there to provide her with some sound advice.
Chance suggests that Jill contact her lawyer to discuss the situation with them. Chance is convinced that she won’t get put in prison for this (That is, if she takes action now). Chance tells Jill that he intends to catch Colin – who is likely somewhere across the world as we speak. It’s disappointing to see Jill going through such a difficult time! She was betrayed by somebody she loved – and now she’s at risk of going to prison for it.
