CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that something is going on with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), and it’s weird. In a spoiler for next week, we see she goes to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to ask to see Johnny. Now, this is going to have a lot of twists and turns.
Johnny is Chelsea’s biological son, but she gave up any legal rights she had when he was adopted by Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). A while ago, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wanted to break up Billy and Victoria, so he tasked Chelsea do to do. She ended up drugging and seducing Billy, resulting in her pregnancy and eventual birth of Johnny.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Chelsea Wants To See Johnny! What Will Billy Do?
What could she possibly have planned now? Why would she want to see him after all this time? It would do nothing but confuse the kid. My only guess is that Chelsea is going to be skipping town for a while, and wants to see her biological son before she leaves. It could make sense I suppose, she’s trying to convince Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to leave, so maybe she actually convinced him, and her last wish before leaving is to see Johnny.
I don’t think Billy is going to allow this to happen at all and he will do everything he can to protect his child.
