CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers find that last week, we saw Cassie Newman visit Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) in a dream. Cassie was signaling to Sharon to join her, and Sharon explained to Cassie that she didn’t want to die. Was this foreshadowing for Sharon’s future? At this point, it seems like it might not have been. Despite Sharon’s fierce battle with breast cancer and ongoing chemotherapy treatments, the medicine seems to not have a negative effect on Sharon.
We learn that the secret of Sharon’s disease is out of the bag when Victor tells Nick that he knows about Sharon’s cancer. Victor and Nick (both of Sharon’s ex-husbands and the father-son duo) metaphorically standoff as Victor (in true Victor fashion) puts an end to the conversation by acknowledging that he knows the truth and he isn’t going to continue on with the secret.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: How Is Sharon Handling Treatment?
In another scene, Sharon seems to cozy up with Rey as he offers her a new novel to read for her next treatment. He even asks to read it to her! Sharon explains that she feels completely fine despite her treatment and that chemotherapy, above all, is boring for her. Better that then painful, fans can assume.
The thought lands well and the two hugs before Rey sets off and leaves Sharon. Fans are glad to hear that Sharon’s cancer diagnosis hasn’t gotten her down yet. She seems to be standing strong, and we can even assume that Sharon might get through treatment without a hitch! Perhaps Cassie’s visit wasn’t foreshadowing at all. Instead, maybe it was just a figment of Sharon’s imagination as she was afraid of her upcoming treatments. Do you think that Sharon’s dream was foreshadowing? Should we expect another downfall, or do you think Sharon will get out of the woods? Is there something budding between Rey and Sharon?
