thCBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready for another character building episode, but there’s a couple of developing storylines to go along with it and they could prove interesting.
It looks like we’re going to have an interesting parenting moment as Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) tries to get Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) to open up about London, and Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi) will look for a second opinion.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 28: A mother’s prerogative
Things in Genoa City are never simple, and that doubly goes for a mother as Sharon will gently inquire about Noah’s time in London and why he came back.
Noah will be evasive, but Sharon’s like a dog with a bone and won’t let it go if she thinks she can help, and when it comes to someone she cares about all bets are off.
Noah knows this, but we have a feeling he’ll remain coy and it’ll only cause Sharon to double down. If he makes it through this without cracking, he’s ready for government work.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 28: A second opinion
After receiving bad news from his doctor, Ashland will look for a second opinion and one of the few people he learned to trust and respect in Genoa City is Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
The two formed a solid bond and this will be something Nate will handle with care and try to make sure he explores any and every possible line of treatment and hope.
The pressure of it will be immense, but ‘Young and the Restless’ think Ashland will alleviate some of it by sharing that he doesn’t expect much and only wants Nate’s honest evaluation.
It’ll be the next step in what could be a short lived friendship, but we think this will be worth rewatching a few times.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 28: Jack’s words of wisdom
A new drinking game could be whenever Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is slated to offer words of wisdom with anyone but especially Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
With Phyllis’ relationship with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) teetering on the precipice, she’s going to need a lot of counseling as she’s at her wits end.
With all the progress she and Nick have made in their relationship it seems outlandish that what will break them up has to do with his family.
If anything, this should be another in a long line of wakeup calls for Nick to cut ties with them and continue to do his own thing.
Jack will probably tell Phyllis all of this and try to talk her off the ledge, but one of these times his talks won’t work. Could this be that time?
Will Jack’s advice work out? Let us know below and check back with ‘Young and the Restless’s for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
