CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that fans have another week of exciting throwbacks and classics to look forward to leading into the middle of May. With COVID-19 still being a very real current event, producers are still on a filming hiatus. Over the past several weeks, we have replayed many scenes of the great Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper), the tumultuous romance between Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), a couple of Halloween parties and even a handful of weddings.
As we approach the week of May 11-15 (which is most likely the most prolonged Y&R hiatus that we’ve ever experienced), we have an exciting week ahead. On Monday, May 11, we’ll get another cameo by Katherine Chancellor and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) from June 30, 1998. The two are still in the center of their massive battle. Jill is going through a difficult time and a separation, and Katherine has offered her a room in the attic at the mansion to heal. This led to some bad memories, which ultimately leads to a violent brawl.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For May 11-15: Exciting Throwbacks And Classics To Look Forward
On Tuesday, May 12, we are taken back to October 1, 1993. Victor came back from the dead (metaphorically). The entire family was convinced he was deceased; however, he had just left to live on Hope Adams’ farm in peace. Surprise! (Is this when Adam killed AJ Montalvo?)
On Wednesday, May 13, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) gets into a physical catfight with her daughter-in-law. At this point in time, Sharon is actually married to Victor (how gross was that?), and the two duke it out in a horse stable. The Newman family has come a long way.
On Thursday, fans are taken to 1998, where everyone (again) thinks Victor is dead. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) thinks he is taking over Newman Enterprises, and he is wildly disappointed to find out his long-time rival isn’t actually in the grave. Finally, on Friday, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Hilary Curtis (Mishael Morgan) get into a family feud. So, basically, next week is all about fighting, feuds, and drama. Will you be tuning in?
