Nothing like starting a new week off with a fun jolt, and CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set to hit the ground running.
It looks like we’re not going to get a big flash in the pan yet, but it’ll be working toward that with a couple of seeds planted in this episode.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For June 27: Jack takes a stand
This one is going to be interesting simply because Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will continue to resist getting into anything with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
He’s going to try to keep an open mind for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)’s sake, but Phyllis will give some push to him about Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), but then she’ll switch to their relationship.
She’ll want to repair the damage that was done, but Jack’s been burned so many times he’s ready to take a vow of chastity. Or just avoid Phyllis, which is easier said than done.
We think Phyllis may win him over at some point, but not for a while. Until then, she’s going to have to focus on looking after him from afar.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For June 27: Tessa deals with a crisis
With their honeymoon technically over, it was only a matter of time until Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) had some problem creep up, and this one looks like it has Tessa’s name written all over it.
‘Young and the Restless’ are curious what kind of trouble she could’ve run into already, but then it is Genoa City so it could be anything.
But we’re wondering if it has something to do with her career. Maybe her sales dipped or something came up to cause her to push back a new release?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For June 27: Nick visits Victoria
We have to admit, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) taking a road trip to visit Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) isn’t a surprise, but it’s the only thing that makes sense at the moment.
We think he’ll want to visit her and see how things are going and maybe get an idea of her frame of mind.
We have no doubt he’s nowhere close to forgiving Ashland Locke (Robert Newman), but he may be open to a cold war instead.
He may even update her on what their not-so loving father is up to as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be planning something to bring her back.
We can only imagine how he’ll react to Victor actively sabotaging her business interests. He may not like Ashland, but Victor may not be far from being put on that list.
