CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers think it looks like there’s going to be some not so subtle surprises ahead.
We’re in for a mending the fences and looking for support in what’s going to be one of those “perfect” episodes, and it’s going to start with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) pulling out a surprise.
Nope, it’s not for Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan)’s benefit. At least, not directly as he’s going to stop in and see Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and we have a pretty good idea what it is.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 14: Forgiveness
‘Young and the Restless’ think Devon will take Amanda’s struggles to heart and heed his own advice.
This means he’ll officially forgive Nate, or come as close as he can come to doing so. We’ll see him go through some nervous fidgeting and maybe come close to losing his cool a couple of times.

But he’ll calm down, and seeing the look of shock on Nate’s face may make it a little easier for him.
We’ve been waiting for this for a while, and we expect Devon to have a professionally written speech ready to go as this will have to be a perfect moment like every other one.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 14: Commiserating
Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is still finding herself struggling not to get her hopes too high or low about having children, and she’ll pay Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) a visit to confess her fears.
Victoria will be a good listener for her as the two of them commiserate, but there could be some contentious moments as Victoria may be a little worked up or busy wither workload.
We don’t expect that to last long, but it’ll help the wo of them bond better as Victoria offers whatever she can to help Abby.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 14: Adam and Sharon
If there’s a repetitive theme to this episode, this is it. Like a punch to the nose, we’re going to be dragged kicking and screaming back into a relationship few want to see again.
With everything going on in his life with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan)’s health, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will need someone he’s comfortable with and trusts to talk to.
And that means Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) can expect a text, phone call, or a visit by Adam and he’ll push for her to help him.
It’s understandable, but after seeing this song a dance a dozen times over the last few months it’s gotten a little old.
Maybe this time Sharon will say no for good? Yeah, we don’t think so either.
