CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set to kick off a new week, and it just happens to be Valentine’s Day so we’re going to see some more celebration between some favorites.
Not everyone will be celebrating as there’s always someone plotting, but at least this time it’s in a matchmaking role than an underhanded usurping of someone.
Or maybe it’ll turn into that? We never say never when it comes to Genoa City.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 14: Mixing It Up
It was only a matter of time before Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) stopped fighting themselves and gave in, and what better time than on Valentine’s Day?
Still, after all of their back and forths about waiting to figure things out, it’s more of a surprise they lasted this long given how impetuous they can be.
With the barriers broken, the only thing left for them to figure out will be if they need to keep it secret for the moment as Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) would love to use it to destroy them.
Of course, they can set up all the rules they want. We all know they’ll say or do the wrong thing or someone will spy on them to blow it up.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 14: Playing Cupid
Nothing like people playing cupid on Cupid’s special day, and it’s going to be even more interesting given it’s Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
Since they’re playing matchmaker, ‘Young and the Restless’ are curious who their victim, er, helper is.
Our first thought is it’s going to Be Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) since nothing in Genoa City says getting over a pair of heartbreaks like finding a new love interest.
If this is the direction they’re going, it’s going to do more harm than good and we don’t see Sharon being so short-sighted, but it also wouldn’t surprise us.
Of course, they could always set their sights on Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) for much the same reason, but it could be anyone at this point.
It makes us wonder if someone new is coming to the show of if it’s an old favorite coming back.
