Nothing like a part in Genoa City to bring out the storylines, and CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready for some new ones as well as a couple of twists to get underway.
Of course, it’s never as easy and just jumping in when the storylines are slow burns, but that can help us appreciate them a little more.

In the spirit of the celebration, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is going to look to clean the slate.
Their fresh start could be a number of things from friendship to more, but we expect it’s going to lead to more.
There’s too much invested in Jack coming between her and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to not have them come together, though keeping them as friends would be a twist not many expect.
Still, a fresh start can be helpful in many ways, and in this case, they’re going to move on from their previous relationships to see what’s on the horizon for them both.

It appears Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is going to fall into Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson)’s trap, and he’s going to draft, er, ask Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to help him.
Since she had no problem running to Adam and informing him of Billy’s state of mind, just like Billy intended, she’s not going to need much convincing to continue spying on him.
It won’t surprise ‘Young and the Restless’ if Adam encourages her to try to get close to Billy to find out all there is to know.
With Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) stepping back to allow Adam to handle things with Chance Comm, this has the potential to become an interesting affair.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For December 8: Billy’s promise
Speaking of Billy, he’s going to do everything he can to protect Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), and that’s going to involve promising her he knows what he’s doing and that it won’t come back on her.
There’s also the possibility this involves their future and it’ll be a romantic gesture while they’re relaxing to keep Lily from going insane from all the information being thrown at her.
