Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, ‘Young and the Restless’ executive producer and head writer Josh Griffith says that while Nick and Phyllis know that everyone is giving them the side-eye right now, they aren’t paying much attention to it. Instead, it’s business as usual for them.

With that said, it looks like Nick and Phyllis’ relationship might turn out to be more of a working one than a personal or even physical one.
